2. Authorship and development notice
The platform expressly indicates, within source tags, metadata, or legal references where implemented, the authorship contribution of Prof. Giuseppe Izzo. Such indication does not alter the ownership regime of the platform, which remains with UESE ITALIA S.p.A., but identifies authorship, conception, and/or editorial-technical contribution where declared.
3. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated for third-party elements, all contents, graphics, layout solutions, source code portions, texts, documentation, trademarks, databases, icons, legal pages, and platform structures are protected by applicable copyright, industrial property, unfair competition, and database protection laws. Reproduction, extraction, republication, modification, decompilation, distribution, or reuse beyond the limits permitted by law or contract is prohibited without prior written authorization.
4. Informational nature and limitation
