These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the QHSE Business Suite platform as a professional SaaS solution intended primarily for business users, organizations, advisors, and structured operating contexts.
1. Scope of service
The platform provides digital tools for governance, document management, organizational structuring, and enterprise workflow support. Any specialized legal, fiscal, engineering, or certification advice remains outside the scope unless expressly included in a separate contract.
2. License and permitted use
The customer is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with the purchased plan and applicable documentation. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, resale, sublicensing, or abusive use are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
3. User credentials and security
Users are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for promptly informing the provider of unauthorized access, incidents, anomalies, or misuse affecting accounts or data.
4. Availability, maintenance, and updates
The provider may perform maintenance, updates, patches, security improvements, and functional evolutions necessary for service continuity, regulatory adequacy, and product quality. Temporary interruptions may occur for justified technical reasons.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, source code, interfaces, layouts, content architecture, trademarks, logos, and technical documentation remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders, except for user data and contents lawfully uploaded by the customer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, reputational harm, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from improper use of the platform, inaccurate data entered by users, or third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, execution, or termination of the contractual relationship shall be subject to the competent court identified by the applicable contractual and legal framework.
